You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You may hold only one account and must provide accurate information.
You agree to treat others with respect and not to: harass, threaten, or abuse anyone; impersonate others or post fake profiles; share nudity, sexual content involving minors, hate speech, or illegal content; solicit money, spam, or advertise; or use the Service for anything unlawful. Violations may result in content removal or account termination.
You own the content you create. You grant HabeshaLinks a license to host and display it as needed to operate the Service. You are responsible for the content you post.
HabeshaLinks does not conduct criminal background checks. Always use caution when meeting people. You can block and report members in the app. Verification badges indicate a selfie check, not a guarantee of identity or intentions.
HabeshaLinks offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions (Plus and Elite) billed through your Apple App Store account. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; manage or cancel anytime in your App Store settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
You may delete your account at any time (Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, HabeshaLinks is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
