HabeshaLinks ("we", "us") operates the HabeshaLinks mobile app (the "Service"), a dating and community platform for the Ethiopian and Eritrean diaspora. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

To operate the Service: authenticate you, build your profile, suggest matches, enable messaging, communities, events and podcasts, verify members, prevent fraud and abuse, and provide support. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites for advertising.
Your profile and content are shown to other members as part of normal use. We use service providers — primarily Google Firebase (authentication, database, storage, messaging) and Apple (in-app purchases) — to run the Service. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users.
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). We keep your information while your account is active and delete it when you delete your account, except where we must retain limited records to comply with law.
You can edit your profile, manage notification and privacy preferences in the app, and delete your account at any time from Profile → Account → Delete account (or Privacy → Delete account), which permanently removes your profile, media, matches, and messages. See Delete Account.
HabeshaLinks is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
